Nurture Your Mind (NYM) is a monthly series of interactive and experiential talks that help participants discover the importance of mental wellbeing.
Previous topics covered include building positive relationships, achieving work-life harmony, developing self-esteem and managing stress, conflict and anger. The talks are delivered by experienced speakers who are psychologists, social workers, counsellors and human resource practitioners.
The talks are held at Community Centres/Clubs on Saturday afternoons.
