In Counselling/Therapy, you and your counsellor will be having an open-ended dialogue about any issues or concerns you are facing. Your counsellor may take notes while you share information about your family life, relationships, childhood experiences, and symptoms or history of a mental health condition.
There is no limit on the number of therapy sessions you might attend to gain a deeper understanding of your condition, habits, or challenges. Your counsellor will recommend regular sessions until you have came up with an action plan for treatment or until you have made lifestyle improvements.
Here at Healthy Mind Wellness Centre, our therapist's primary objective is to provide you a session without any judgement and biases in a safe and confidential manner.
