5. Session
A. General
All our counselling sessions are held in our office at Queensway Shopping Centre. The duration of a session is 50 minutes. We space out our sessions with an interval to not let our clients bump into each other and also give our therapist sufficient time to prepare for the next session. Clients would be given a 10 minutes post-session buffer time to recompose themselves and ask the therapist any administrative-related queries.
B. Early for session
We understand that sometimes you might be too eager to start your session and arrive way before your allocated time slot. As your therapist might be in another session, preparing case notes, handling administrative matters, or even resting, we ask you to only ring the doorbell 05 minutes before the start of your session time. If you arrive early, you can choose to wait around the nearby McDonald's or walk around the mall. If the therapist did not open up the doors after ringing the bell once, please wait till your session time.
C. Late for session / No show visit
If you are going to be late for your appointment, please inform us via email or WhatsApp regarding your estimated time of arrival. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your session will be automatically cancelled and we will not refund you any amount.

We value & appreciate our staff and the work they do. We do not tolerate clients who are rude, unreasonable, or hostile towards our staff.

Please note that your case file will be kept with us for a period of 18 months from your last counselling session after, which we will destroy your case file and de-register you on our client system.
