Terms and Conditions

All sessions sold in packages shall be valid for 1 Year from the date of purchase. There shall be strictly no extension on the expiry date, and any unutilised sessions after the expiry date shall be forfeited.
2. Cancellation Policy
We require a 48 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment. If you make any last minute cancellation or do not show up for your appointment your session will be consumed, and no refunds will be provided.
3. Refund Policy
There shall be no full refund of packages sold.
However, if you wish to cancel a package within seven (07) days of purchase, you will need to notify us in writing within seven (07) days of purchase, and we shall refund you 50% of the unused package value.
The package is non-negotiable and non-transferable. In the event if you decide to terminate your therapy journey with us, any unutilised session will be consumed.
Payment for the package has to be paid in full upfront via any of the following options;
a) Cheque: Payable to HEALTHY MIND WELLNESS CENTRE PTE LTD
b) Bank Transfer: Bank - OCBC, Account No - 601 5180004 001
c) PayNow: UEN 202118162N
We reserves the right to change, edit or modify these terms and conditions at any time, in its sole discretion and without prior notice or intimation to you. These terms and conditions are in addition to the informed consent and our general terms and conditions.
